You can make a great tuna salad if you use canned tuna and all the fixings. Toss it in a wrap. Thow a pickel and chips and you've got a full meal. Great food and super easy meal for the kids.

My idea of no cooking in my kitchen is supporting the local economy by trying a family run restaurant. Even a better way to save is to ride your bicycle there and on the way home you can stop at an ice cream stand. Exercise and good food all rolled in to one experience.
